Service to myself a member of Chevron Travel Club was prompt , friendly and hassle free. It put AAA to shame. I had concerns about service until now. Keep up the GREAT job!!! Person on phone was on target in getting info, giving info, and getting me the service I need....

Chevron - Cashier Review
I was at the Chevron University and Peters Road. I've been going there for at least one year. I don't go into the food shop very often I've used my card to get gas. I've had three different occasions earlier that Jose in the cashier shorts me my quarter for my $0.37 change. On the third time I threw the change on the counter and told him that he keeps shorting me and he says it's by accident, I was in a long line that day and I overheard other customers talking that they know he shorts him the change and they agree it's okay. I watched him write down in his little white book I can tell you exactly but I'm thinking he writes down how much change it takes from each customer. So that way when I got up to the line and he did it to me I was outraged and told him I would file a complaint but never did. Now today I bought the same thing Cheetos small bag and a large iced tea and I was supposed to get $0.37 back and he gave me $0.07 this guy needs to be disciplined he can't control himself he should have remembered that I threw the change on the counter I'm a very unique individual I'm very tall and you should know who I am
