Once i paid for gas and started to fill up the pump stops and as i tried to explain to the employee he shuts me up and said ,maybe your tank is full without me even explaining what the problem is. He dismisses me to hang up the pump without any explanation on what is going on, like if i work for him. I was told it would be credited back to my account but the problem is i still don't have gas or the money i used is gone until its credited back on Monday. What am i suppose to do without gas or money to fill up? I always use chevron but some of your representatives are making Chevron look bad, specially when the store has bad hygiene with poor customer service.

Edwien was very rude. Unfortunately my ID expired but I have paperwork and new physical ID and refused to sell a product to me. I explained to him this is what the DMV gave me and this is proof of my day not being expired but he still refused and was very rude.

I have been a Chevron customer for over 40 years and have had great service even with my Travel Club membership up until a couple of months i pay my monthly dues and in a couple month's i receivd a check for the dues i have paid i called Chevron with no luck am i going to have to reapply for membership again i reall got a lot of good service for so many years

In Brookings Or at the Chaveron Station there is 8 pumps and one attendent trying to keep up with the costemers. While there are 3 or 4 people who work in the store it self. The will not come out and help the other cousters so many of them drive off. Whats up with this, I thought you people was suppose to help the costumers while sopme are handycapt, what is up with all this why cant some of the people you have working inside help with all that. This is pretty sad a big company like your to treat people like this . aut to be a crime
