Needed to contact Chevron to give them my new credit card number. Unable to speak with 'live' person.
Everything was automated.Unable to make the change. I have been a loyal Chevron customer for over 25 years. It is unfortunate that Chevron cares so little about their customers that they can't provide anything better than just an automated answering machine. The customer service number that is printed on the Chevron bill does not give the option to speak with a customer representative.
So that makes it necessary to start searching the web to try and find a way to contact Chevron in hopes of finding a way to get a phone # and speak with someone. Don't need Chevron any more!
