Chevron review in Los Angeles, California: Cancelled my Travel Clud without my knowledge
I have been a Chevron customer for over 40 years and have had great service even with my Travel Club membership up until a couple of months i pay my monthly dues and in a couple month's i receivd a check for the dues i have paid i called Chevron with no luck am i going to have to reapply for membership again i reall got a lot of good service for so many years

I STOP TO PUT GAS ON MY WAY TAKING MY KIDS TO SCHOOL STOP @ 500 E 32ND STREET IN YUMA AZ,85364 SWIPE MY CARD OUTSIDE FIRST DECLINE THEN SWIPE ON DEBIT DECLINE I CALL MY BANK HAD 100.00DLLS I WAS IN A HURRY WHEN INSIDE THE CLERK WAS VERY RUDE WITH A LAUGHING SOUND STAID THAT HAD NO FUNDS NEVER HAD POBLEM .MY COMPLAIN THAT THE CLERK KEEO ON STOPPING TGE TRANSCCION SERVERAL TIME. CLERK WERE RUDE AND DID NOT KNOW WHAT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.THIS IS NOT FIRST TIME NO BEEN FRIEND.928-259-1786

Chevron station on arniell rd camarillo does *** work & has a worse attitude
Had my truck washed & waxed after spending $77.00 on diesel fuel then $70.00 on the wash & wC job.They didn't do top of cab! Took my towel from bed of truck, spilled all water from my water jug then refused to refund a small portion of what I paid when I requested. While the worker was finishing the top of the truck, they rested my drivers side door against a car near my truck.The owners son (im guessing) has a terrible attitude! I will NEVER go there again & I suggest nobody else does either. If he had just agreed to refund $20.00 I asked for, I wouldn't be writing this!
Chevron Business Card
I was quite happy with my Chevron business account for a few years until this past Fall when they sent me a Chevron credit card. My previous card was strictly for Chevron/Texaco gas stations, but this was a Master Card. I called Customer Service, asking why I received a Master Card and they said I qualified for it by being a good customer. The following month I received 2 separate bills from Chevron for both cards. What the CS rep had failed to inform me was that this card was attached to a new account entirely. I cancelled my old account, but continued to receive bills from Chevron for it for 3 months for what they said were past-due charges. I hadn't used this card since opening the new account, had closed out the account with a final payment and even faxed them proof! They continue to send me a bill for $50, which is undue and unnecessary. Needless to say, Chevron lost my business and my respect.
