Chevron review in Surrey, British Columbia: Rude attendant
On Sept 21 around 7:30 AM I pulled into the Chevron station at 10483 152nd St., Surrey, B.C. to fill up my company vehicle. My credit card would not work at the outside card reader so I went inside to complete the transaction and asked the attendant why this was a reaccuring problem. He seem to take offence to me asking and became annoyed when I was unable to swipe my cards through the inside card reader because I left my eye glasses in the vehicle. After processing my cards he threw them on the counter all along talking to me in a loud and disrespectful tone as if I was dumb and ***. The manner in which he treated me seemed beyond him having a bad day so I felt it necessary to report this to your office. He refused to give me his full name (only “Jen”) and asked what I wanted it for. I explained to him that because he was so rude I need to inform my office and record this incidence on my calendar for our future reference. Sincerely, Bill Barker
